Beginners SIG
Meetings
Meets from 6:15 - 7:15 on the second Thursday of the month before the General Meeting. Discusses Computer concepts for new and beginning computer users.
Various computer uses are presented on a monthly rotating basis; however, topics are brought up and discussed by the members present. The topics include: - Desktop, Start, and Uses for Computers;
- Computer Organization, My Documents, and Typical Computer Software;
- Works for Windows, Word processor, Spread Sheet, and Database;
- The Internet and e-Mail; and
- Calendars, Reminders, and Cardfiles.
