Once upon a time…when you went shopping you walked or rode the bus to a nearby
store where you probably dealt with the owner or someone who had been working
there for years.  They knew the stock and were more than willing to listen to your
needs and try to meet them.  I started the story with “Once Upon A Time”
because those Mom and Pop store days are gone forever.  Sure there are some
stores that fit that profile, but hurry—they won’t be there for long.
